Xavier Soto, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Program Management Office for Thurston County Government since December 2023, Xavier previously held significant roles including Senior Program Manager for Training and Development at US Army Reserves, and Program Manager at Amazon. Notable achievements include directing cross-functional operations for over 10 senior program managers with substantial oversight over supply chain operations in the US Army, and executing Talent Management operations for the Department of Defense.
