Alison Powers

Alison Powers is an experienced design professional specializing in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Since May 2017, Alison has served as the Director and Principal Experience Designer at TIAA, leading UX design initiatives and visual design efforts for TIAA.org. Previous roles at TIAA include Senior UI/UX Designer and UI/UX Designer, where Alison contributed to digital teams for TIAA Bank and rebranding projects. Prior to TIAA, Alison worked with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a cheerleader and community ambassador, and held various design positions at Nemours, The Florida Times-Union, The Virginian-Pilot, Columbia Missourian, and The Maneater. Alison earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Newspaper (design) from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007.
