Kari Hampton

Kari Hampton has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Vice President of Accounting Operations at TIAA since February 2015. Over the years, Kari has held multiple leadership roles at TIAA, including Vice President of CFO Digital and Client Experience, Vice President of Financial Reporting Systems, and Vice President of Finance Operations. Prior to TIAA, Kari was the Controller at Gildan from March 2013 to February 2015 and held a Senior Manager position in Investment Accounting at TIAA-CREF from April 2008 to March 2013. Early career experience includes working as an Audit In-Charge at Deloitte from September 2005 to April 2008. Kari holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
