Their career began at UBS, focusing on Financial Asset Management and operational optimization, and includes entrepreneurial experience as the CEO and Co-Founder of Smooth Sealing LLC. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
