Rashmi Badwe

Rashmi Badwe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Management at TIAA since October 2012. In this role, Rashmi oversees product management, regulatory supervision, operations, client services, and strategy for TIAA's Wealth Management business, which manages over $150 billion in assets and generates over $1.5 billion in revenue. Previous positions at TIAA include Executive Vice President of Wealth Solutions and Investments, and Senior Managing Director in Business Strategy & Execution. Prior to TIAA, Rashmi held various leadership roles at Chase, focusing on retail banking sales performance and strategic initiatives. Early career experience includes consulting at Deloitte and technology strategy at PRT GROUP Inc. Rashmi holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and dual degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
