Erica Jaspers

Erica Jaspers has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Erica is currently working as the Managing Director for Tiama Americas at TIAMA inspection worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Sales Manager for North America in the same company. From 2018 to 2022, Erica worked at Dura Temp Corporation, where they held the position of Vice President/General Manager. Before that, they were involved in sales and marketing at DT Industrials from 2015 to 2022. Erica also has a previous experience at Dura Temp Corporation from 2004 to 2014, where they held various roles such as Global Manager/Sales & Marketing, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, and Executive Assistant/ Marketing & Administration. Erica's career also includes a brief stint as an Instructor for Principles of Marketing at the University of Toledo in 2010 and as a Marketing Consultant for Abstract Earth Gallery/Blue Laser Design from 2003 to 2004.

Erica Jaspers holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from The University of Toledo, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1998 to 2003, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature from The Ohio State University. Additionally, in 2000, they participated in a program at the Miami University Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg, focusing on International Business and French Language Studies.
