George Hall

George Hall, MBA has extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and software development industry. George currently serves as the Managing Director for Tiama Americas at TIAMA inspection worldwide. Prior to this, they worked at O-I, where they held positions such as Manager of Process Automation and Sustaining Engineering, Software Discipline Leader, and Inspection Team Lead. George also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Wind River and an Engineer III at AVCA Corporation. Earlier in their career, they owned their own business, Nicney Software Solutions, LLC. George began their career as a Computer Operator at SSOE, Inc. Overall, George has a strong background in leadership, engineering, software development, and automation within the glass industry.

George Hall earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software and Hardware, Electronics from The University of Toledo, where they attended from 1988 to 1993. George later pursued further education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Management from 2018 to 2019.
