Kyle Beliveau

Kyle Beliveau has a diverse work experience. Kyle started their career as a Nuclear Mechanic in the US Navy, where they completed over 1500 preventative and corrective maintenance items on primary mechanical reactor plant systems. Kyle was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for repairing critical nuclear support equipment. Following that, they worked as a Mechanical Work Center Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector, overseeing 25 junior personnel and completing over 2200 maintenance items. As a Nuclear Training Staff member, they implemented a training program for a department of 425 personnel and was in charge of monitoring casualty response in the nuclear propulsion plant. Kyle was also a Watch Supervisor and Safety Inspector, overseeing a team of 23 junior personnel and conducting safety inspections on board an aircraft carrier. Most recently, they worked at Medica Corporation as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op, where they researched, designed, manufactured, and tested multiple fixtures and assemblies for the medical device product line. Kyle extensively used SolidWorks, conducted verifications and validations, and utilized a machine shop and 3D printer for rapid prototyping. Currently, they are a Deputy Program Manager and Systems Engineer at TIAX.

Kyle Beliveau has a solid educational background in engineering. Kyle began their education in 2012 at Excelsior College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences with a Focus in Nuclear Technology. Afterward, they enrolled in Northeastern University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Northeastern University, they also obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics & Design from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Kyle obtained a certification as a Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
