Patrick Wanner

Patrick Wanner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Patrick started their career as an Intern at Kern Liebers Pvt.Ltd India in 2011. Patrick then joined Adam Opel GmbH as a Sales Manager, customer and wholesale from 2003 to 2007. Patrick later worked at IBM from 2012 to 2016, where they held multiple sales leadership roles. Patrick also worked at Oracle as a Senior Sales Leader from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they took a sabbatical before joining Tiba Managementberatung as a Cluster Account Manager from 2017 to 2020 and later as the Head of Prosci Change-Management from 2020 to 2021. Patrick then became the Sales Director Central Europe at Peakon in 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development / Country Manager USA at Tiba Managementberatung and also a Founding Partner of the CCB Network since 2020.

Patrick Wanner has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business Administration from Hochschule Furtwangen, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Patrick also attended Sonoma State University in 2011, where they studied Consumer Behavior, Leadership, Marketing Management, and Jewish Studies. Patrick completed the Leading @ IBM program in 2013-2014, focused on leadership, and received a Distinction for their studies in Sales at IBM Global Sales School from 2012 to 2013. In 2007-2008, they pursued Hospitality Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. Patrick undertook short-term studies in Social Sciences at Princeton University in 2018 and is currently pursuing a degree in Philosophy at Princeton University starting from 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick has various Prosci certifications related to change management, a certification in Projektmanager mit TÜV Rheinland geprüfter Qualifikation from TÜV Rheinland Group, a Certificate in Professional Digital Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute, a variety of certifications from IBM and Cisco, and completed the Radical Collaboration program from Tiba Managementberatung GmbH.
