Jaimie Knight

Jaimie Knight, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Director of People Operations and Compliance at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Inc., a position held since April 2019. Previously, Jaimie held several leadership roles in human resources, including Director of Human Resources at Side by Side and Homebridge, Inc. From 2014 to 2016, Jaimie worked as Chief Administrative Officer at OLE Health, implementing a robust talent management strategy. Jaimie's earlier experience includes roles such as Employee Services Director at the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum and Human Resources Manager at multiple hotel establishments. Jaimie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University and has pursued education at UC Santa Barbara and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
