Nich Sothy has worked in the customer service and management fields since 2010. Nich began their career at DreamTix as a CSR Manager in 2010. In 2014, they moved to DTI Management as a Manager, Executive Customer Care. Most recently, Nich started working at Ticket Evolution in 2021 as a Manager.
