Mitchell van der Aar is currently the Global Head of Quality & Training at Xerox, managing quality processes for one of their key-accounts. Previously, Mitchell has held various roles at companies such as TicketSwap, Conduent, Groupon, and SQPeople, gaining experience in operations, customer experience, and business improvement. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and additional certifications in customer management, Mitchell has a strong background in managing quality performance, training, and project coordination. Additionally, Mitchell co-owned Lemon Slice, a company that facilitated graphic design services for small businesses.
