What the job looks like? 

The Customer Support Officer will have the opportunity to: 

  • Handle all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls for English speaking clients of the Tickmill Group.

  • Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications (KYC).

  • Be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally all other departments according to their needs.

What will you need to be able to do the job? 

  • At least 1 year experience in a Customer Support/Sales/Back Office position in a regulated financial services company.

  • Excellent command of English language both written and oral, is a must.

  • Any extra knowledge of any language will be considered an advantage (Italian, Spanish, French, German, etc.);

  • Deep understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options, will be considered as a big advantage.

  • College or university degree.

  • Detail orientation, organization and communication skills.

  • Good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation, and team spirit.

  • Positive can-do attitude.

  • Flexible to work on public holidays on 2 week rotation shifts from 9:00 -18:00 & 14:00 -22:00.
