Jim Rutolo

Jim Rutolo is an Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer at TICO, where Jim manages the engineering group for the production of terminal tractors and port transfer trailers. With years of experience in engineering management at companies such as Thunderfire Technologies LLC, American LaFrance, and Hale Products Inc., Jim has a strong background in developing new products and refining engineering processes. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
