Charles Parker

Charles (Chuck) Parker is a Senior Director supporting key operations within Tidal Basin’s Response team. With 15 years in disaster management, Chuck has served in various emergency response roles. He recently served as the leader of the Field Operations Team assisting Florida Digital Services (FLDS) in their efforts to provide an internet capability into heavily damaged areas of Southwest Florida following Hurricane Ian. Prior to that, he served as Tidal Basin’s director of Florida Vaccine Operations, supporting the Florida Division of Emergency Management’s COVID-19 vaccine operations for the Florida population as well as supporting other Response related projects.

Chuck holds a BS degree in Public Administration: Emergency Management and Planning from Indian River State College in Florida and graduated from the FEPA/FDEM Basic Academy in 2008. Most recently, Chuck was bestowed the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential by The International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) in 2022.
