Matthew Finegold is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Director in Private Equity at Tide Rock since 2021, where responsibilities include leading financial and commercial due diligence underwriting functions for various companies such as Accufab, Adura Solutions, and Summit Seed Coatings. Prior to Tide Rock, Matthew Finegold worked at GP Bullhound from 2014 to 2020, focusing on tech growth equity sell-side advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and confidential information memorandum preparation. Matthew Finegold holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
