Mike Galetto

Mike Galetto has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Tide Rock, where they focus on acquiring and growing economically resilient B2B companies. Prior to Tide Rock, Mike worked at Dover Corporation as a Senior Executive Recruiter, leading efforts to build an internal executive recruiting function. Mike also has experience as an Executive Search Consultant, working with various executive search firms and corporations to recruit leadership positions. Mike has held positions at Danaher Corporation, CTPartners, Blueframe Group, Heidrick & Struggles, Signia Partners, and Reed Business Information, where they served in roles such as Executive Editor and Senior Manager. Mike also worked as a Freelance Foreign Correspondent as an International Business Journalist.

Mike Galetto holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, which they earned from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from DePauw University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Mike also has additional certifications including Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Motives, Values Preferences Inventory from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2022, and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry also in 2022.
