Ivelina Petrova

Ivelina Petrova began their professional career in 2017 as a Junior PR Expert at Ruse Municipality. Ivelina assisted in gathering information and preparing responses to inquiries, organized press conferences and public appearances, and drafted greetings, press releases, and letters.

In 2018, they joined Econt Express as an Appearance and Style Standards Junior Expert, where they conducted periodic checks on offices, vehicles, logistics centers, and Econtomats to ensure compliance with company standards. Ivelina also worked with video surveillance software and recorded results.

In 2021, Ivelina became a Brand Monitoring Team Leader at Econt Express. Ivelina monitored the company's brand behavior across all entities and locations, ensuring a unified customer experience. Ivelina liaised with other teams through Jira Service Desk tickets.

From January to June 2022, Ivelina worked as a Junior KYC Analyst at Crypto.com. Ivelina reviewed customers' documentation, verified residential addresses, and processed applications for various products/features using different verification tools.

In August 2022, they joined Tide as a KYC Analyst.

Ivelina Petrova completed their Bachelor's degree in European Studies/Civilization from the University of Ruse, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Translation Studies at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, attending from 2019 to 2020.
