Neha Dalpatia's work experience includes a role as Lead People Partner at Tide, where they collaborate with senior leaders across multiple countries to drive employee engagement and retention, performance management, and talent acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources at StashFin. Neha also has extensive experience in human resources management at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, where they held various roles including Regional Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Deputy Manager HR, and Assistant Manager - Corporate HR. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Trainer at American Express and as an Executive at Standard Chartered Bank.

Neha Dalpatia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Prior to their M.B.A., they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Delhi University.
