Raunica Nagpal

Raunica Nagpal has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Raunica started their career as a Graphic Design Artist at Troika in 2013. From there, they worked as a Graphic Designer & Visual Thinker at The Brand Bee, where they developed design briefs and produced new ideas and concepts.

In 2014, Raunica joined Beyond Evolution Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Product Specialist. Here, they collaborated with product management and engineering to define and implement visual solutions for the product direction. Raunica also created wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

In 2015, Raunica worked as a Communication Designer at Kellton Tech Solutions Limited. Raunica handled brand development, web traffic growth, and advertising revenue. Raunica also developed brand strategy for the company.

Raunica then joined Paytm in 2016 as a Design Team Lead. Raunica led the design team and contributed to brand development and UI improvements. Raunica worked in this role until 2020.
