Damon Hayes

Damon Hayes has held various roles throughout their work experience. Damon started their career in 2020 with Vertical Raise, where they worked as a Fundraising Coach until 2021. In 2021, they joined Synerfac Technical Staffing as a Staff Recruiter but left the company in 2022. Later in 2022, they joined Ajilon as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a period of six months. Currently, Damon works at Tidelift as a Business Development Representative.

Damon Hayes attended Rutgers University from 2016 to 2020, though it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time.
