Jana Dolnikova-Smith

Jana Dolnikova-Smith holds extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with Biogen since 2003. Currently, as the Business Operations Lead and Chief of Staff to the President for Europe, Canada, and Partnered Markets, Jana is responsible for growing flagship drug initiatives and leading global commercialization activities. Previous roles at Biogen include the Alzheimer’s Disease Global Marketing Associate Director, where Jana executed pre-launch initiatives and developed a global strategic plan focused on digital promotion, and various leadership positions in global commercial marketing for ZINBRYTA and AVONEX. Jana's educational background includes an MBA with a concentration in International Marketing from Suffolk University and dual degrees in Neuroscience, Biology, and Psychology from Brandeis University.
