Woochan Kim

Woochan Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and quantitative development. Currently serving as Data Team Lead at TIDESQUARE since August 2022, Woochan previously held positions as a Quantitative Developer at (주)슈페릭스 and as a Principal and Senior Researcher at Hana Institute of Technology from January 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics, specializing in algorithms and frameworks for big data analysis, and an early internship at SJ Media focusing on web storage and mobile services. Woochan Kim earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Communication and Bioinformatics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Korea University.
