David Jacobs

David Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, consulting, and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as an independent consultant for David A. Jacobs LLC since July 2024, David also holds a board member position and serves as Secretary at Tidewater Arts Outreach, a non-profit focused on providing music and art programming for seniors in isolation. Previously, David was the Chief Strategy Officer at Dollar Tree Stores from January 2006 to June 2022, where responsibilities included long-term strategy, operational initiatives, and oversight of the digital business. David's earlier career includes ten years as a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in growth strategies and operational performance, and two years as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, focusing on M&A and corporate law. David holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Dartmouth College.
