Gary Rhodes, Jr., DSL, MBA, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, program management, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Level Operations Manager at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies, Gary Rhodes supports the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program. As a Professor at Tidewater Community College since 2013, Gary Rhodes teaches online courses in religious studies. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager roles at KnowledgeBank and Peerless Technologies, where focus was on enhancing Air Force program effectiveness. Gary Rhodes has held various managerial and leadership roles in organizational development, training, and project management throughout a career that includes substantial experience in shipbuilding and education.
