Ailon Glitz has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Procurement Buyer and Supply Manager at Tidhar Group since 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and logistics. Previous roles include Manager at Artizan Bakery from April 2017 to February 2018, and Manager at Avram Restaurant from October 2010 to July 2016, with both positions focused on managing purchases, supply, and negotiating with suppliers. Ailon Glitz holds an education from the Chamber of Commerce Business College in 2018 and from Musrara - The Naggar Multidisciplinary School of Art and Society from 2012 to 2015.
