Borbala Szekely has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they became a Business Owner at their own consultancy, Borbala Szekely, Business Coach. Borbala held this role until 2015. In 2013, Szekely founded and owned Tudaspolc Kiado, a publishing company. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Director of Partner and Customer Experience at Tidy. Most recently, starting in 2022, Szekely joined Tidy again, first as a Customer Success Manager and later promoted to the role of Customer Success Global Lead.

Borbala Szekely attended Óbuda University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.
