Larry D. Velez

Larry D. Velez has over 25 years of experience in various roles within business development, sales, and management. Larry D. is currently working as a Business Development Director at TIE Kinetix, where they partner with system integrators and software vendors to digitalize business document flows between companies and their partners. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Business Development in Europe at TrueCommerce, focusing on developing partnerships across ERP and marketplace ecosystems in the UK and Ireland.

From 2020 to 2022, Larry worked as the VP of Business Development at DiCentral Europe, and from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of General Manager, EMEA, at Data Masons Software. At Data Masons, they set up the European presence through partnerships, customer acquisition, marketing, recruitment, and operations.

Larry's experience also includes being the General Manager and Regional VP Sales, Europe at Tangoe from 2010 to 2017. There, they played a crucial role in establishing the company's international headquarters and was awarded the President's Club membership for outstanding sales performance. Before that, Larry worked at Microsoft as a Director, leading business development teams to achieve double-digit YoY partner sales growth.

Earlier in their career, Larry worked as a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, advising firms on network and communication services. Larry D. also served as a Program Director at Gartner (formerly META Group), where they provided expert advice on telecom contract negotiations and the development of enterprise contact center and unified communications infrastructure services.

Larry's career began with roles at ECsoft as a New Business Development Manager and EIS International as the Manager of European Operations.

Larry D. Velez pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Larry D. attended this institution from 1981 to 1985, enabling him to develop a strong foundation in this field of study.

Following their undergraduate studies, Larry further expanded their knowledge and expertise by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Computer Science at New York University. Larry D. attended New York University from 1986 to 1989, specializing in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of computer science.
