Bhavna Roy

Bhavna Roy is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in human resources and event management, currently serving as Manager at TiE Vadodara since July 2023. Previous roles include Human Resources Intern at Byteridge and Talent Carriage, where Bhavna gained practical insights into HR practices and led people-engagement projects. Bhavna contributed to the organization of the first offline TEDx event post-pandemic as a member of the event management team at Tedxpdeu. An active participant in various clubs and committees during the academic tenure at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Bhavna has also volunteered with Lokniketan Trust and held a membership in AIESEC. Bhavna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Psychology from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, along with additional coursework at Salisbury University.
