Ravi Gururaj

Ravi Gururaj has a diverse work experience in the technology and entrepreneurship field. Ravi is the Founder and CEO of QikPod, a cloud-enabled IoT product and service. Ravi is also the President of TiE Bangalore, a global community for entrepreneurs. Ravi Gururaj is a member of the IVCA VC Council, representing the Indian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Ravi is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Harvard Business School Alumni Angels - India, where they invest and supports early-stage businesses. Ravi Gururaj is a member of the executive and product council of NASSCOM, the industry association for the IT-BPM sector in India. Ravi was the Chairman and Co-Founder of Frictionless Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and also worked as the India Representative and Mentor for the Citrix Startup Accelerator program. Ravi Gururaj held multiple leadership roles at Citrix, including Vice President of Products in the Cloud Platforms Group and Vice President of Product Engineering in the Data Center & Cloud Division. Ravi was the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of VMLogix, Inc. and the CEO and Founder of SQA Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Ravi Gururaj's education history starts with their schooling at La Martiniere for Boys in Kolkata from 1974 to 1984. Ravi then pursued various degrees in higher education. From 1984 to 1989, they attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a B.Sc. in Economics with a focus on Finance & Decision Sciences. During the same period, they also studied at The Moore School of Computer Science Engineering, also at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a B.S.E. In 1986-1987, they attended The University of Edinburgh, where they completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
