Vladimir Filipov

Vladimir Filipov has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Vladimir is currently serving as the Director of IT at Tiebreak Solutions since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Corporate IT at SumUp from March 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they worked as the IT Director Europe at Alorica from February 2018 to January 2020 and as the IT Manager Europe at Concentrix from May 2014 to February 2018. Vladimir also has experience working at IBM, where they held various roles including Global Site Operation IT Manager, IT Manager, IT Team Lead, and IT Specialist - System Administrator. Additionally, they worked at Stream Global Services as a Microsoft Deep Technician (3rd level - Premium support). Earlier in their career, Vladimir held various IT-related positions, including IT Integrator/Administrator/Long-distance Wireless Architect/IT Support/WEB Design (FrontEnd).

Vladimir Filipov has a Master's degree in Information Technology from UNIBIT, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they earned another Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of National and World Economy, attending from 2007 to 2009. Vladimir also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the same university, which they received between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, Vladimir has obtained several certifications, including PRINCE2@ from APMG-International in 2015, LeadPRO from IBM in 2012, and various certifications from Microsoft and Cisco, among others. Vladimir also has a certification in frontend/web development.
