Lucía Soto has extensive work experience starting from 2012. Lucía started their career as a Becaria at UTN FRSF, where they worked on the migration and implementation of a new platform for student management. Lucía later worked as a Becaria at Vinculación Tecnológica - UTN FRSF, where they adapted and automated processes for technology transfer.

In 2013, Lucía joined Musimundo as a Java Developer before moving on to Tenaris - Techint, where they served as a Project Management and Commercial Planning Assistant, implementing improvements and developing new system solutions. Lucía then worked at Swiss Medical Group as a Functional Analyst, defining user requirements and designing IT solutions.

In 2015, Lucía joined Arcor as a Quality, Processes, and Continual Improvement Analyst for IT areas, focusing on the definition and implementation of IT processes. Lucía later worked at Flybondi.com as a Product Owner, where they developed products and experiences for Argentina's first low-cost airline.

In 2020, Lucía joined Despegar as a Product Owner, defining the shopping experience for Flights sales.

Lucía also worked at Ualá as a Product Owner, managing the development and prioritization of a new product in the fintech industry.

Currently, Lucía holds the position of Head of Product at Tiendamia, where they set directions and goals for the product and the team, supports the c-level regarding the product vision, and helps the product team achieve business goals. Lucía has expertise in roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, product strategy, and cross-company product processes.

Lucía Soto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2009 to 2014. In 2007, they received a Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge. Lucía then pursued a Specialist degree in Project Management at the University of Buenos Aires from 2015 to 2016. In terms of certifications, Lucía obtained a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in August 2019 and an ITIL OSA Operational Support and Analysis certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017. Additionally, they completed a Data Analytics 101: Business KPIs & User Metrics analysis course from Udemy in 2021.
