With her contributions and leadership, she has helped move the needle on the organizational journey to a desired future state, while bringing people along. Her areas of expertise include talent, succession, and performance management, as well as leadership development, change, and cultural initiatives. Chris earned her Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Development.
