Jan Sage

Jan is passionate about helping people engage with, grow in, and contribute their joy and aliveness to a joint human endeavor: building a better planet. This can be accomplished through transformational learning, optimizing their environment, or inviting them into the conversation to identify what they most want and need.

Jan’s theatre and television production careers led her to university teaching and directing plays and musicals, where she discovered Instructional Design. Traditional corporate training triggered her pursuit of Positive Organization Design, which included contributing to founding a Holacratic organization built around Frederic Laloux's work. Jan’s been exploring the vision of healthy learning organizations ever since, and with TiER1, she feels she finally arrived where all that invaluable experience was leading her.
