Since 1999, Jim has served as President and CEO of rapidLD, a professional services consulting firm specializing in the selection, development, and deployment of Human Capital and Talent Management Systems. With 40 years of experience in the learning and technology space, Jim’s entrepreneurial MBA degree has served him well in helping him create shareholder value for hundreds of clients. In 2020, rapidLD was acquired by TiER1 Performance, and Jim transitioned to serve as Principal Consultant.
