Jodie Hutchins

Jodie is passionate about developing fluid, impactful learning courses through rapid authoring development. She believes in the power of learning agility and adaptability, two capabilities that harness a breadth of skills and enable her to pivot, prioritize, and provide her best work.

Jodie graduated from DePauw University with a BA in Kinesiology and minor in Studio Art. Her initial trajectory was that of a physical therapist or health scientist, but her broad interests and desire for continuous learning brought her to the world of learning and performance. She has an affinity for interdisciplinary learning and integrated project structure, embodied by the completion of her year-long undergraduate thesis on modern genetics, social identity, and concepts of personal origin during her final semester. During her internship in the TiER1 Indy office, she gained experience in both instructional writing and rapid authoring development by building learning solutions and collaborating on client projects.
