Surbhi Kapoor has over 7 years of Human Resources experience. Surbhi started their career in 2012 as a Human Resource Assistant at Brampton Brick Limited, where they were responsible for maintaining and updating confidential personnel files, creating monthly payroll accruals and summary reports, and managing and reviewing monthly pension and benefits reports. In 2013, they moved to Oaks Concrete Products as a Customer Service Representative, and then to Kohl & Frisch Limited as a Payroll Administrator. In 2014, they joined Clearbridge Mobile as an HR Coordinator, where they created policies and procedures for the Employee Handbook to comply with ESA, Human Rights Code, Labour/Employment Law, Employment Equality, Occupational Health and Safety Act (Bill 164), and Privacy Act. Surbhi also implemented an ATS (applicant tracking software) - BambooHR. In 2015, they became an HR Generalist at Kenna, where they were responsible for all HR functions in the development and execution of plans and strategies to accomplish business objectives. In 2017, they were an HR Manager at Network Reporting and Mediation. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Head of HR at SK Consulting. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Human Resources at Tier1 Financial Solutions, where they manage the HR department across the organization and has established a pipeline of personnel with the requisite skills across the organization, enabling Tier1fin's global growth from 105-160 employees in a 8 month span.

Surbhi Kapoor graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Humber College in 2013. Prior to this, they had obtained a diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Humber College in 2011.
