Jani Aaltonen

Jani Aaltonen has had a diverse work experience. Jani began their career at WM-Data Ltd in 1999 as a Systems Specialist, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at IP Networks Oy, first as a Systems Specialist and then as a Data Center Manager. In 2006, they joined Nokia / IP Networks as a Config Owner and stayed until 2009. In 2012, they joined Pointer Group Oy as a Partner, a role they held until 2018. Since 2015, they have been working as a Production Manager for Cloud and Operating Services at Kuntien Tiera Oy.

Jani Aaltonen earned a B.Sc. degree in Data Technology from the Turku University of Applied Sciences, School of Telecommunications and e-Business. Jani attended this institution from 1994 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2022, the ITIL Foundation Level v4 from PeopleCert in September 2019, and the ITIL Foundation Level (2011 edition) from APMG International in March 2017.
