Melissa Santillano

Melissa Santillano possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology manufacturing sector, currently serving as Production Line Lead at Tierra Biosciences since March 2022, following a role as Senior Manufacturing Technician at Genentech. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Grifols for four years, progressing through positions from Manufacturing Associate 1 to Manufacturing Associate 2, where responsibilities included performing in-process analytical testing, training new employees, and improving departmental procedures. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Mills College, earned between 2012 and 2016, and graduated from Moreau Catholic High School in 2012.
