Susanna Grundstrom

Susanna Grundstrom has over 20 years of diverse work experience in the field of HR and people operations. Susanna is currently serving as the Head of Sales HCM & Cloudborn at Tietoevry, where they focus on expanding the company's footprint in Workday and SuccessFactors implementation projects and providing professional services. Prior to this role, Susanna worked as a Lead Solutions Consultant at Tietoevry. Susanna has also held positions at Sofigate, where they served as a Customer Executive and Senior Advisor, helping clients accelerate digital HR strategies and develop employee-centric operating models. Susanna has experience in board leadership as the Chairman of the Board at Kota Nord, and they have also worked at Nordcloud as the VP of People Operations, where they built the recruitment and HR function from scratch. Additionally, Susanna served as the Human Resources Director at GSK, supporting the Finnish and FinBalt Leadership teams. Susanna also gained experience at Accenture, where they worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager. Susanna started their career as a Training Coordinator at Sitra.

Susanna Grundstrom earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Education from the University of Turku between 1997 and 2002. Susanna also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Economics from the University of Vaasa from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Susanna completed an Executive HR program at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2015. Susanna holds several certifications, including Oracle HCM Cloud Sales Specialist from Oracle, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and certifications in Enterprise Agile and Lean Technology Strategy from LinkedIn.
