Tomáš MacHáček

Tomáš Macháček has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tomáš started their work experience as a Market Researcher at Ipsos Tambor in 2005, and then moved to Tieto as a Service Desk Specialist in 2007. Tomáš worked in Tieto for several years, holding positions such as Technical Specialist, Senior Technical Specialist, Line Manager for Workspace Operations, and Head of EUS Operations. In 2010, they worked as a Casino Manager at Kajot a.s. In 2012, they returned to Tieto and continued to work in various roles, including Head of EUS Global Production and Head of UXS Operations. Since 2020, they have been working at Tietoevry as Head of Digital Workplace Operations.

Tomáš Macháček attended Matiční Gymnázium from 1992 to 1999, where they studied General Studies. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various IT certifications from institutions such as PeopleCert, Microsoft, AXELOS Global Best Practice, The Open Group, and EXIN. These certifications span from 2008 to 2023 and cover topics related to IT service management, Windows operating systems, and digital and IT strategy.
