Zuzana Srnak

Zuzana Srnak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management. Currently serving as a Manager for ServiceNow Delivery and Customer ITIL Management Team at Tietoevry since November 2019, Zuzana focuses on centralizing ITIL management roles, establishing processes and educational materials, and promoting collaboration within the team. Prior to this, Zuzana held various managerial roles at OKIN BPS from August 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included setting up new teams, managing business operations, and overseeing significant departments with a strong emphasis on client services and financial management. Zuzana began a career at BAKKAVOR FOODS LIMITED as a HighCare Operator from July 2005 to June 2012, where Zuzana was responsible for managing resources and ensuring quality delivery. Zuzana holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business & Law from Anglia Ruskin University.
