Paula Suoniemi

Paula Suoniemi is an experienced HR professional with a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Turku. Currently serving as HR Director at Tietokeskus since December 2017, Paula has a strong background in various HR roles, including HR Manager and HR Specialist at Lindorff Oy, where significant achievements include the development and implementation of HR processes and the establishment of a consistent HR culture. Prior to Lindorff, Paula gained valuable experience as an HRD Consultant and Specialist at Nokia, focusing on capability development and learning solutions. Additionally, Paula led a small business as an entrepreneur, further enhancing expertise in sales and business operations.
