Shelby Pickard

Shelby Pickard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in inventory management, sales, and technical roles. Currently serving as an Inventory Maintenance Specialist at TIFCO Industries since April 2024, Shelby previously held the position of Sales Representative at Fastenal Company from September 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from May 2015 to June 2016 and as a Welder at Tink Inc. from October 2010 to February 2014, starting as a CNC machinist before transitioning to the plasma cam table role.
