Patrícia de O. Freitas da Costa has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Finance fields since 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Consultor of Business in Systems at Hospital Samaritano. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at Hospital Sirio Libanes, first as an Especialista in Human Resources Management, then as an Analista of Human Resources Sr., Analista of Technical Support PL, and Analista of Business PL. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Prestadora of Service at Centro de Reabilitação, providing consultancy in administrative, financial, and talent processes. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at HCor as a Consultor and Analyst of Financial Administration, providing support in the analysis and cost management of the institute of education and simulation, financial control, and operational management indicators. Finally, since 2021, they have been the Head of Human Resources and Finance at Hipocampus Edtech, where they have been involved in corporate governance, managing human capital in all Human Resources subsystems, financial and accounting management, regulatory compliance management, and standardizing processes and adapting them to the LGPD. Additionally, they have been strategically involved in the conception of new businesses and maintenance of current clients with the Executive Group.
