Additionally, Rickard founded Affordable Medical Services, aiming to provide high-quality healthcare globally, and Eightfold Leadership, focusing on innovative consulting. With a strong educational background including a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and ongoing studies for a Juris Doctorate, Rickard continues to influence the fields of entrepreneurism, business administration, and healthcare.
