Kakoli Kishore

Kakoli Kishore began their work experience as an Admin Incharge at Trade wings Institute of Management Ltd. in 1998, where they served until 2000. Kakoli then joined Sahara India as an HR Manager in 2000 and continued in that role until 2015. Kakoli worked as a Freelancer from May 2015 to October 2016. Currently, they are the Human Resources Lead at Tiger Analytics, starting in October 2021. Their responsibilities include remote management of work teams in the US, Canada, and the UK, as well as handling HR operations such as employee onboarding, off-boarding, engagement, and team projects. Additionally, they have experience in US and Canada immigration processes including GC, H1B, H4, Work Permits, ICT, and PR processes.

Kakoli Kishore completed their education in a chronological order. Kakoli started with their higher secondary education at Mt. Carmel from 1983 to 1988. Kakoli then pursued sr. secondary education at Himalaya Public School in India from 1988 to 1990. Following this, Kakoli attended Lady Shri Ram College for Women from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science and Government. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from L N Mishra Institute of Economic Development And Social Change (LNMI) between 1995 and 1997, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
