Fan Herbst

Fan brings more than 15 years of experience leading people organization to scale and align human resources with the business strategy and operations in both medical device and technology industries globally. Prior to joining TigerGraph, Fan was Head of People at Nevro prior to their IPO and grew the company from 70 to 300+ in a couple of years. She also led several medical device startups through hypergrowth and commercialization worldwide. Fan earned a Master’s from University of San Francisco in HR and Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from San Jose State University.
