Leong Keen Zack

Leong Keen Zack has two years of work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at tigerlab, where they were familiar with Jira Software and Confluence. Leong worked with business stakeholders to define requirement needs and collaborated closely throughout the development phase and conducted User Acceptance Testing to ensure the results met stakeholder requirements. In 2019, they worked at ChangeU International as a Global Events & Client Liaison, where they liaised with clients around the world, created and edited company videos, and assisted with designing of the company's website.

Leong Keen Zack obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) between 2017 and 2020. In 2021, they obtained an INFORMATION SECURITY AWARENESS certification from ThinkLEO Pte. Ltd. in September and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in December.
