Shanda Cooper Goff

Shanda Cooper Goff, MSc is currently the Director of Partnerships at Tigerlily Foundation since July 2020. Prior to this role, Shanda founded The Fena Group, LLC in January 2014. Shanda has a background in international relations, violence, conflict, and development, with experience working for various organizations including the United Nations, African Development Bank, and the government of Liberia. Shanda has a strong track record of developing strategies, overseeing programs, and engaging in international negotiations to promote peace, security, and development in different regions.
